Troubleshooting Webinars
If you experience difficulties downloading the Blackboard Collaborate Launcher or accessing the webinar link(s), try the following:
- Turn-off your pop-up blocker.
- Switch your internet browser (recommended browsers are Google Chrome or Firefox).
- Update Java.
- Clear cache and cookies.
