With a casino night, an evening concert and “splatter” dancing on the agenda, the events and activities planned for UT Dallas’ Springapalooza are sure to be a hit among students.
Set for March 19-23, Springapalooza is an annual post-spring break celebration put on by the Student Union Activities Advisory Board (SUAAB). Jonathan “GNO” White, SUAAB adviser and assistant director of student life programs, said the activities get students pumped about the home stretch of their spring semester.
“This is the time when the semester really starts to wind down, just before Senior Week and before classes let out for summer,” he said. “It’s one of our largest events of the year, and it’s always popular in terms of student turnout.”
