A memorial service is planned for Sunday, March 6, in remembrance of UT Dallas student David Morgan, 20, who died Feb. 27 from injuries sustained in a car accident.

The memorial will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Davidson Auditorium in the School of Management.  Friends and University faculty and staff members are invited to attend.  Members of Morgan’s family will also be present. 

The remembrance is sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega, a service organization of which Morgan was a member. 

Morgan was a sophomore majoring in neuroscience.  He was born August 31, 1990, in Tulsa, Okla., and graduated from Tomball High School in 2009.  He is survived by his parents, Brent and Martina Morgan, brother Scott and sister Rebecca, all of Tomball.

A separate memorial services is scheduled for Saturday, March 5, at 4 p.m. at ChristBridge Fellowship Church in Tomball.  Arrangements for that service are being handled by Klein Funeral Home in Spring, Texas.
