Sept. 7 — Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center Opening

Sept. 12 — Sips of Science

Dr. Alex Piquero tackles some common assumptions about NFL players and their behavior on and off the field, based on his recent research. The talk begins at 7 p.m. at Angela’s at the Crosswalk in downtown Plano.

Organized by the Office of Graduate Studies, Sips of Science features researchers who can talk about science and technology in ways that help you understand how their findings affect your life . Events are free and open to the public and usually occur on the second Tuesday of each month at Angela’s at the Crosswalk.
