Visit the UT Dallas Student Counseling Center’s Personal Development Library inside the center’s waiting room (SSB 4.600) to check out books, media and brochures on a wide range of self-help topics. The library is open during the center’s regular business hours:
Mondays – Wednesdays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursdays: 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

All UTD students have free and quick access to TimelyCare, a mental health app where you can get in-the-moment support, scheduled counseling sessions, health coaching, psychiatry services, text support, self-help and much more! Interpreters also available upon request.
